Restaurant and Bars
La Pomme d’Amour
With a
seating capacity of 250, this is the main restaurant, cool and airy.
It overlooks the hotel's man-made lagoon and ocean beyond. It is open
daily for delicious breakfast buffet and lavish and elegant dinner
spread. Themed buffet evenings are particularly worked out as well as
Gala dinners.
Ginger Thai
This
indoor theme restaurant, with its pavilion, is ideal to enjoy some
highly sophisticated Thai cuisine. The Chef is a Thai national who
will capture the best of Thai ingredients and
flavours
and bring them to your palate. This A la Carte restaurant can seat 60
persons.
Melanzane
This
fashionable and refined gourmet restaurant (40 seats) offers some of
the finest and most innovative Mediterranean cuisine to be found in
Mauritius. Local fishes are a speciality and are prepared to the
highest gastronomic standards. Should weather permit, we can also
offer "Melanzane on the beach".
Les
Coquillages
Situated
on the beach edge, overlooking the beautiful lagoon, this casual
restaurant is open for lunch daily and has its own kitchen thus
reducing waiting time and ensuring hot dishes. Little huts allow
guests to eat in the shade and on the sand.
Aqua Bar
This is
the real heart of the hotel, situated between the swimming pool and
the beach and next to Les Coquillages restaurant. Aqua Bar welcomes
you to a fantastic atmosphere full of activities, music and fun.
Vista Bar
This bar
offers a panoramic view of the whole of the resort as it is next to
the reception area and overlooks the swimming pool, the lagoon and the
dance floor. It faces the sea and offers a magical view, especially at
night when the torches are lit. The reading area next to it is the
second to none spot to enjoy your drink and a quiet corner.
